Throug\u00adhout the site, the terms \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus\u201d and \u201cour\u201d refer to OLS. OLS offers its ser\u00advices, inclu\u00adding all infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon from this site to you, the user, sub\u00adject to your accep\u00adtance of all terms, con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons, poli\u00adci\u00ades and noti\u00adces sta\u00adted here. OLS offers Pri\u00adva\u00adte Tuto\u00adring, a Math-Club and Pre\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon Cour\u00adses for the \u201eGym\u00adna\u00adsi\u00adums\u201c of Zurich in Zurich See\u00adfeld as well as other pre\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adto\u00adry clas\u00adses con\u00adcer\u00adning the other schools of the school sys\u00adtem of the City and Can\u00adton of Z\u00fcrich.<\/p>\n

2. Con\u00adclu\u00adsi\u00adon of Contract<\/strong>
\nBy accep\u00adting the recei\u00adved offer the legal guar\u00addi\u00adans ack\u00adnow\u00adledge our terms &<\/span> con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons as well as the actu\u00adal pri\u00adces published on our web\u00adsite. The con\u00adtract is valid as soon as we con\u00adfirm the offe\u00adred pri\u00adva\u00adte tuto\u00adring ses\u00adsi\u00adon, pre\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon cour\u00adse for \u201eGym\u00adna\u00adsi\u00adums,\u201c the par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adti\u00adon in our group cour\u00adses or other tutorials.<\/p>\n

3. Pri\u00adces<\/strong>
\nThe pri\u00adces of the ser\u00advices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). All pri\u00adces are sub\u00adject to chan\u00adge wit\u00adhout noti\u00adce. The pri\u00adces sta\u00adted on our offers are sole\u00adly applicable.<\/p>\n

4. Pay\u00adment<\/strong>
\nStu\u00addents who wish to reser\u00adve a fix weekly time slot for a 50 minu\u00adte pri\u00adva\u00adte tuto\u00adring ses\u00adsi\u00adon need to pre\u00adpay for a set of 10 les\u00adsons, paya\u00adble in advan\u00adce. We pro\u00advi\u00adde a free test les\u00adson befo\u00adre the first set of 10 les\u00adsons. A sche\u00addu\u00adled free test les\u00adsons cos\u00adts CHF 60.- if less than 6 hours\u2019 noti\u00adce is given of a can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon. Stu\u00addents wit\u00adhout the com\u00admit\u00adment descri\u00adbed abo\u00adve may sche\u00addu\u00adle les\u00adsons on an \u201cas nee\u00added\u201d basis, at the appro\u00adpria\u00adte hour\u00adly rate. Pay\u00adment must be made at the time of sche\u00addu\u00adling. Once a ses\u00adsi\u00adon is sche\u00addu\u00adled, the\u00adre will be no refund for any cancellation.<\/p>\n

5. Can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon \/ Refund Policy<\/strong>
\nAt least 24 hours\u2019 noti\u00adce must be given by the cli\u00adent to the tutor of the can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon of a tuto\u00adring ses\u00adsi\u00adon for any reason whatsoe\u00adver. If less than 24 hours\u2019 noti\u00adce is given of a can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon, the cli\u00adent remains respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the full fee. Can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon for les\u00adsons on Mon\u00addays must be done befo\u00adre 9am on Mon\u00adday mor\u00adning. The\u00adre will be no refund if les\u00adsons are not can\u00adcel\u00adled as descri\u00adbed above.<\/p>\n

5.1. Group Clas\u00adses (Math-Club):<\/strong>
\nPer each 10 les\u00adson packa\u00adge 2 can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon can be made free of char\u00adge. Addi\u00adtio\u00adnal missed les\u00adsons will be char\u00adged. Group clas\u00adses have a maxi\u00admum of 4 pupils.<\/p>\n

5.2. Pre\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon Cour\u00adses \u201eGym\u00adna\u00adsi\u00adum\u201c:<\/strong>
\nFull pay\u00adment for all cour\u00adses is due at the begin\u00adning of each term. All cour\u00adse mate\u00adri\u00adals are included. In order for Open Lear\u00adning Space GmbH to con\u00adti\u00adnue pro\u00advi\u00adding qua\u00adli\u00adty edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon at reasonable pri\u00adces, we can\u00adnot allow resche\u00addu\u00adling or pri\u00adva\u00adte refunds for missed group clas\u00adses. Pre\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon cour\u00adse can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons cost CHF 200 if writ\u00adten noti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon is recei\u00adved 14 days pri\u00ador to the first day of class. No refund will be made otherwise.<\/p>\n

6. Con\u00adtract termination<\/strong>
\nOpen Lear\u00adning Space can ter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adte any con\u00adtract out of important reasons, such as repea\u00adted vio\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon of the house rules or repea\u00adted dis\u00adtur\u00adban\u00adce of class. The\u00adre is no refund of paid fees.<\/p>\n

7. Ful\u00adfill\u00adment of Duties<\/strong>
\nOpen Lear\u00adning Space GmbH car\u00adri\u00ades out the tuto\u00adring ser\u00advices in a pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnal man\u00adner with due skill, dili\u00adgence and care and obser\u00adve the client\u2019s con\u00adfi\u00adden\u00adtia\u00adli\u00adty at all times in respect to pri\u00adva\u00adte infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon. Sub\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adte tea\u00adchers can be appoin\u00adted by OLS.<\/p>\n

8. Lia\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty<\/strong>
\nPar\u00adents and\/or legal guar\u00addi\u00adans ack\u00adnow\u00adledge that a student\u2019s fail\u00adure to per\u00adform on any test to assess a student\u2019s intel\u00adli\u00adgence, know\u00adledge and\/or aca\u00adde\u00admic abili\u00adties at the level expec\u00adted shall not con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adte a breach of this con\u00adtract. OLS is not respon\u00adsi\u00adble for insu\u00adrance arran\u00adge\u00adments in respect of the tutor pro\u00advi\u00adding tuto\u00adring services.<\/p>\n

9. Insu\u00adrance   <\/strong>                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Pupil\u2019s per\u00adso\u00adnal pro\u00adper\u00adty is not cover\u00aded by the insu\u00adrance of OLS when on our pre\u00admi\u00adses. We accept no respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty for loss or dama\u00adge to pupil\u2019s per\u00adso\u00adnal property.<\/p>\n

10. Data Protection<\/strong>
\nPer\u00adso\u00adnal data pro\u00advi\u00added by or rela\u00adting to par\u00adents and\/or legal guar\u00addi\u00adans and pupil will be used by the Open Lear\u00adning Space GmbH only for the pur\u00adpo\u00adses of fee bil\u00adling and coll\u00adec\u00adtion; main\u00adtai\u00adning pupil records and correspondence.<\/p>\n

11. Chan\u00adges to Terms<\/strong>
\nWe may, at any time modi\u00adfy the\u00adse Terms and Con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons with or wit\u00adhout noti\u00adce fur\u00adther noti\u00adce. Any such modi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon will be effec\u00adti\u00adve 30 days after public posting.<\/p>\n

12. Gene\u00adral<\/strong>
\nThis agree\u00adment is gover\u00adned by the laws of Switz\u00ader\u00adland and the par\u00adties sub\u00admit to the juris\u00addic\u00adtion of the courts of Z\u00fcrich. The\u00adse terms con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adte the who\u00adle agree\u00adment bet\u00adween the par\u00adties and no varia\u00adti\u00adon or altera\u00adti\u00adon of the\u00adse terms shall be valid. Open Lear\u00adning Space and the cli\u00adent ack\u00adnow\u00adledge that the\u00adse terms govern legal rights and obli\u00adga\u00adti\u00adons bet\u00adween them.<\/p>\n
