5th Grade Gymnasium Preparation

Does your child wish to trans­fer to a long-term gym­na­si­um in the Can­ton of Zurich after 6th gra­de? If the gra­de point avera­ge in 4th and 5th gra­de is bet­ween 4.5 and 5.5, we recom­mend long-term deve­lo­p­ment in Ger­man and Mathe­ma­tics start­ing from 5th gra­de. The Gymi exam is signi­fi­cant­ly more dif­fi­cult than the actu­al school mate­ri­al cover­ed and requi­res a very high level of con­cen­tra­ti­on and pro­blem-sol­ving skills from the child­ren. Atten­ding a cour­se also increa­ses the chan­ces of achie­ving good preli­mi­na­ry gra­des, which are included in the cal­cu­la­ti­on of the exam results. 

The Ger­man and Mathe­ma­tics cour­se modu­les can be boo­ked separately/independently. They take place imme­dia­te­ly one after the other.
